You can't build a big life in a body you're ignoring — the alignment edit, week 2

Your ambition needs a body that can carry it — another "glow up" series isn't going to cut it.

Hello angels 🤍

We’re continuing The Alignment Edit — the series about closing the gap between the life you want and the systems supporting it.

If Part 1 was about structure, clarity, and leaving “good enough,” Part 2 is about the system underneath everything else: your body.

This episode isn’t about a 2026 glow-up or reinventing yourself. It’s about treating wellness as infrastructure, not punishment — the kind of care that quietly supports everything you’re working so hard to build.

In this conversation, I’m sharing the small health shifts that helped me feel more regulated, grounded, and capable:

  • Why movement is about mood and nervous system regulation, not discipline

  • How nourishment became an act of self-respect instead of a chore

  • The role connection plays in staying emotionally steady, especially during darker seasons

  • Why health admin (yes, appointments and supplements) is deeply grown-woman behavior

I also pull from my Winter Wellness Curriculum, because alignment isn’t seasonal — but the way we care for ourselves should respond to the season we’re in.

If you’ve ever felt tired, scattered, or like everything takes more effort than it should, this episode is your reminder that nothing is wrong with you. You may just be asking too much of a body you haven’t been listening to.

Press play when you’re ready to come back into your body — and into yourself.

xx
